Why We Started Tadaima
We started Tadaima to open up the option of owning a home to more people. Just about anyone can buy and own a home today if they wanted to, but what determines if owning a home makes for sound financial decision or not all comes down to how long you own it for if you can own it for 7 plus years then it was a good investment usually but for the people who can’t commit to living somewhere 7 years a forces you to pay more for housing or choose to stay off the property ladder. And to these people we want to provide an alternative. One that could enable them to own a home on a shorter timeline and why we say our product brings home ownership to the highly mobile.

Joe loves real estate and started Tadaima with a simple vision, home ownership for the highly mobile. He had been on this journey for 10 years and is currently working as a licensed real estate professional. For Joe, Tadaima started with a problem that hit home and that’s why co-ownership is something that not only he values, but sells and preaches. He hopes with Tadaima, users will be able to get on the property ladder.
Dhwani Shah

Dhwani loves technology and real estate, the perfect combination! He has over 15 years of software engineering experience and is currently working as a Engineering leader and a real estate investor. As he’s done in his professional career, for Dhwani, Tadaima is a statement! A statement that challenges the status quo, enabling anyone to buy and invest in their real estate and their financial future.
The Vision of Tadaima
The word “Tadaima” is actually a Japanese word that translates to, “I’m home.” And the logo for Tadaima is a doorway. Together they symbolize our vision of enabling anyone and everyone to know that the doorway they walk through at the end of the day, they can walk through it saying “I’m home.” To a home they own, they have a say in what they can do with the space, and one that hopefully aligns with their financial goals of building Equity or future autonomy.
